“Went into the store to change providers from Verizon to Firstnet. Antonio was super helpful and was multitasking working with another customer and myself at the same time to speed up the process. At one point we were waiting on a system and two more people came in to the store and he was able to help them also without it prolonging our process. He was able to get me swapped and a REALLY good deal which I am very satisfied with.”

“I had such a great experience at the Covington Verizon store, thanks to Sharoia and Aaron!
I’ll be honest - I usually choose NOT to go inside a Verizon store because it always seems like it’s going to be a hassle. But this experience was completely different. The service was swift, easy, and most importantly, the way Sharoia and Aaron treated me and everyone else I watched come into the store was just wonderful.
From the moment I walked in, Sharoia greeted me with the most beautiful smile and such warm, welcoming energy. You could immediately tell she genuinely cared about making people feel welcome.
Aaron was equally awesome, helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. And he had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even better! He made what could have been another boring phone-store visit actually enjoyable. 😂
Customer service nowadays sometimes feels like an afterthought, and unfortunately, we’re getting more and more accustomed to accepting bad service as normal. That’s why I think it’s especially important to recognize people when they get it RIGHT.
In a world where everything seems to be harder than it needs to be sometimes, these two made something simple, pleasant, and actually made my day a little better. That matters.

“I would rate this Spectrum location as a whole as pretty decent.
My experience with Spectrum this previous visit, however, was EXCELLENT. I was helped by Bree who was very knowledgeable, informed and knew when to ask for support when necessary vs. guessing or just giving an answer to give an answer.
She helped me with multiple issues I had across both internet and mobile services, even calling their insurance provider Assurant on my behalf to inquire about a policy of theirs. She was also very thorough, giving me a comprehensive overview of how to manage each issue separately as well as providing solutions and addressing even the questions I had during my time at the store.
It was actually refreshing being handled by her and I admire her ability to seamlessly blend her technical knowledge of Spectrum services and products with her amicable personality, and I hope she is recognized for the quality service she provided!
