“This Location actually HELPS the customers. I drove a total of 2 hours to get a phone upgrade. The local store (athens) seemed to never have it "in stock" and after dealing with 6 people at the athens location and them not even knowing how their own upgrade system works, I went to covington. Talked to Rebecca and they had the phone I wanted in the store within a week. The staff at Covington location is EXTREMELY Friendly and VERY Helpful. I will always drive a round trip of 2 hours for anything spectrum related for now on”
