We started researching sleep number beds, filled out a form and I got the nicest knowledgeable lady Terri Lee to call, which at first was going to let her go as I was at work, but she had so much knowledge and information and I couldn’t help but listen. It was also very genuine as she has one herself! I told her we would try and come see her over the holiday weekend. I went there first as I said I would, thinking I couldn’t afford one we liked and we ended up leaving with a bed delivery on the books! It’s really amazing and I love the adjustability. “Brian went above and beyond to help my mom with the right mattress and and setup. My mom is recently widowed and has mobility issues that has made it difficult for her to get in her bed. She needed a lower mattress to replace her side of an adjustable set while avoiding the cost of getting a completely new king bed. The situation was a bit complicated and Brian was incredibly kind and patient with us to make sure that she got a comfortable new bed that fit with her current arrangement.
