“One of the things I like best about Midgard storage is the friendly face that appears on screen shortly after I walk into the office. My most recent visit was no exception. After receiving email Notification of an upcoming rate increase, I drove right over to ‘express my concerns’ (Or rather, mildly protest). Luckily for me, Lex’ friendly face appeared and she could not have been more patient; personable & resourceful. We discussed a few options and she did not make me feel rushed in the least. Since we were both on camera, she was able to see my expressions and I was able to see her total lack of negativity. What a delightful representative for Midgard. Thank you Lex.”
