I did have a hiccup with the initial unit rented as it was not as described/understood but all worked out in the end and my last call today was a billing issue from the first issue but they have always been very receptive in helping and addressing concerns and Miss Mary Beth took care of the issues. Walked in, very helpful young lady named Corley assisted me, and discussed options available. I was able to go online, get everything established, and upon return to the office, she had everything ready and waiting for me. The place is well kept, and secure! Great overall experience!”

“The process is fully automated, which I found intriguing. I imagine this contributes to the affordable pricing, which I certainly appreciate; that said, I felt uneasy during my first order. I requested an 8 x 20 unit but received two 28 by tens side by side, which did not match my needs. Once I visited the front kiosk, staff corrected the issue quickly and sent me on my way within minutes, which was great.”

“Great team to work with! Storage area is clean and secure, seldom ever had any issues with access, and that was beyond the management's control. It was difficult to get in & out of this particular location, but that was mainly due to construction, and several other properties nearby are easier. Sue and her team are a terrific bunch of folks to work with: always friendly and courteous. We are trying to downsize right now, and hope to not have a need in the future for a storage unit. But I can tell you that if we do, I will be using Sue & her team as a measuring stick!”
