“I can't say enough kind words about Steve Slaton and this company. Our family suffered the tragic loss of our 24 y.o. Marine son. My mother in-law needed help reproducing photos and memorabilia to create a memorial book for his birthday. She had visited another graphics company first who was rude and expensive, and not at all flexible. Steve was so accommodating and gracious, and this was ALOT of print work. He also created duplicates for the In-laws. When my father in-law went to pick it up, Steve refused to accept any money. He said as a former military service man himself, and considering what our family has been through, it was his honor to help. Please patronize this wonderful business. “The agent who assisted was very thoughtful and kind, I had to reopen a courier to add additional documents, they supported that in a very kind manner. Also had taken passport photo, they were very thoughtful again on the final photo and recommended options for better picture. Overall I’m very satisfied with their service, they never disappoint us anytime I walk in their store.”

“Because of their team member Rashaunda, they now have a loyal customer in me! I needed to print signs on a foam board and was advised by a friend to get in touch with the local FedEx before purchasing. I called and was connected with Rashaunda who assisted me every step of the way. Literally! She called several times making sure I was satisfied with order and personally reviewed the proofs before I submitted the order. She went above and beyond. I was truly blown away by the level of customer service she provided. My order was ready for pick-up two days later. I was so glad to finally meet Rashaunda in person! She was just as pleasant in person as she was over the phone. My signs came out perfect! The store is inside Walmart. The staff all wore masks and there were social distancing markers on the floor. I will definitely use this FedEx location again!”
“I came to this store to get fingerprints done for a background check. The staff was super nice and helped me get set up. When my fingerprints continuously failed, they were incredibly helpful in trying to get a good capture. They called the machine vendor and the store manager spent a lot of time assisting me, despite the fact that they were super busy and about to close. I really appreciate their customer service.”
