“Great service! I was standing in line just to drop off a prepaid package, and the lady working there noticed me. She kindly told me I didn't need to wait in line, took my package right away, and saved me a lot of time. Very nice and efficient. Will definitely come back!”
“Thank you to this UPS Store for going above and beyond for my coworker and our company as a whole! We appreciate your effort and commitment to providing exceptional service. Your hard work and efficiency does not go unnoticed!”
“We are very happy to have this store opened last year near to our post brook community. All the staff and owner Himanshu is very helpful, courteous and friendly. All the best for the future and keep up the good service.”
“Rakesh was extremely helpful!! I didn’t know this place existed. Will definitely be back. So much easier going to 1 place versus a UPS, FedEx, and Post Office!”
“The agent who assisted was very thoughtful and kind, I had to reopen a courier to add additional documents, they supported that in a very kind manner. Also had taken passport photo, they were very thoughtful again on the final photo and recommended options for better picture. Overall I’m very satisfied with their service, they never disappoint us anytime I walk in their store.”
“There is a employee named Will who helped me with several returns, and he was absolutely amazing. I had a lot of packages to return, but he was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. He was polite, professional, and made everything so easy and stress-free. He never rushed me and answered all my questions with a smile. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Thanks will.”
“This shipping location has been very pleasant and helpful for all my shipping needs. I highly recommend it! It’s easy to get to and I’ve never had a problem with parking.”
“On 18 Aug, I visited the UPS Store located at 505 Lakeland Plaza, Cumming GA to get fingerprinted. Luckily, Sandy took the time to assist me with the process as two of my fingers would not produce acceptable prints. Only through Sandy's technical expertise, superb customer care and being the fantastic employee that she is was I able to complete the process. If it were not for Sandy, I likely would have become frustrated and left. The world needs more people like Sandy !!!”
“Because of their team member Rashaunda, they now have a loyal customer in me! I needed to print signs on a foam board and was advised by a friend to get in touch with the local FedEx before purchasing. I called and was connected with Rashaunda who assisted me every step of the way. Literally! She called several times making sure I was satisfied with order and personally reviewed the proofs before I submitted the order. She went above and beyond. I was truly blown away by the level of customer service she provided. My order was ready for pick-up two days later. I was so glad to finally meet Rashaunda in person! She was just as pleasant in person as she was over the phone. My signs came out perfect! The store is inside Walmart. The staff all wore masks and there were social distancing markers on the floor. I will definitely use this FedEx location again!”
“Friendly staff who offer to help with my needs, know the business of shipping and packing, and dealing with amazon returns. Always a pleasure to visit this UPS store anytime.”
“I came to this location fried and frazzled! I was given a last minute assignment for work and with it being late in the day I wasn’t sure I could get it done. Luckily, Sam and Edward were working today! They were amazing! Walked me through all of my options and had the work finished within 15 minutes. They were not only helpful but kind and courteous! I would give them 10+ stars if it were an option! Thank you, guys! 👏🤩❤”
“This UPS won’t let you down ! Was in and out of there in a timely manner and the service was beyond excellent. Will be making this my go to for future endeavors.”
