Also had taken passport photo, they were very thoughtful again on the final photo and recommended options for better picture. “I came to this store to get fingerprints done for a background check. The staff was super nice and helped me get set up. When my fingerprints continuously failed, they were incredibly helpful in trying to get a good capture. They called the machine vendor and the store manager spent a lot of time assisting me, despite the fact that they were super busy and about to close. I really appreciate their customer service.”

“Because of their team member Rashaunda, they now have a loyal customer in me! I needed to print signs on a foam board and was advised by a friend to get in touch with the local FedEx before purchasing. I called and was connected with Rashaunda who assisted me every step of the way. Literally! She called several times making sure I was satisfied with order and personally reviewed the proofs before I submitted the order. She went above and beyond. I was truly blown away by the level of customer service she provided. My order was ready for pick-up two days later. I was so glad to finally meet Rashaunda in person! She was just as pleasant in person as she was over the phone. My signs came out perfect! The store is inside Walmart. The staff all wore masks and there were social distancing markers on the floor.
