“Because of their team member Rashaunda, they now have a loyal customer in me! I needed to print signs on a foam board and was advised by a friend to get in touch with the local FedEx before purchasing. I called and was connected with Rashaunda who assisted me every step of the way. Literally! She called several times making sure I was satisfied with order and personally reviewed the proofs before I submitted the order. She went above and beyond. I was truly blown away by the level of customer service she provided. My order was ready for pick-up two days later. I was so glad to finally meet Rashaunda in person! She was just as pleasant in person as she was over the phone. My signs came out perfect! The store is inside Walmart. The staff all wore masks and there were social distancing markers on the floor.
