“I visited this store because of the surly attitude I endured at your Johns Creek, GA location. I went in there to make the same print order but the person helping me was short, seemed agitated by my need to make a single 'test' print before needing to make adjustments. I went back today to the Johns Creek location and was told I would need to come back after lunch as there was only one person working. That is when I left to go to your location on 3370 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, Suwanee, GA. Thanks to team member Aniya, my experience was stellar! By informing us of the most appropriate and cheapest shipping method depending on the type of luggage, we were able to send quite a lot of luggage to Korea easily, quickly, and inexpensively. It was also nice to provide a link that allows you to check the location and status of your luggage in real time.It was a good choice to drop by JOA Express when I almost completed my overseas training in Atlanta. They showed me the best and cheapest ways of sending household goods back to Korea by the types of goods. In addition, they gave me a web-link to track my packages. I could easily check where my boxes are real time.”
