Publix Pharmacy at Paradise Shoppes of New Hope fills prescriptions and provides patient counseling, immunizations, and health screenings. The staff members are very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Customer service is always top notch, courteous, and helpful. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and compassionate, always taking the time to give recommendations. The techs behind the counter are friendly and helpful as well. However, prescriptions are often not ready until a customer arrives in person, sometimes resulting in a wait of 20-30 minutes. This can be difficult for those feeling unwell. Despite this, many customers are loyal, stating you could not pay them to go to a different pharmacy and that the experience is impeccable. The store is noted for treating customers very well.
I was getting my prescription filled at Walgreens for years and it was a nightmare. Every month was a new wrinkle. I finally switched to Publix. Amazing. All I can say is thank you. The people talk to like your human. I just talked with David at the lost mountain location. Very nice and helpful. Thank you. Very grateful.
