“If the ongoing service is anything like the move in process, I am so i'm very glad that I found Prime Storage in Acworth, Georgia! I was a little unsure at first when I walked in and there didn't appear to be anyone in the building. When I touched the kiosk, Dee came on the screen, and she helped me work everything out. I had booked hourly movers and didn't realize that I hadn't already signed the papers before I could get into the units, and she obligingly gave us a temporary code so the movers could get started while I finished the paperwork with her. She went above and beyond to help me find an additional unit that we unexpectedly needed and made everything as painless as possible. She even merged all of my accounts and fixed my misspelled information (whoever originally took my information spelled a lot of things incorrectly with my paperwork across the units so there were issues when we were trying to look up the accounts) so next time I try to access anything, it would all be in one area and not three different locations. It's so nice to speak to a real person who understands that you are also a person who has real feelings. Dee is one in a million. Everyone should be more like Dee. I want to be Dee. Go Dee!!!!”
“Nice storage units. It was really easy to get a unit. I called and less than 10 minutes later I had it set up and got my information I needed. No issues getting in, and the units are nice and clean. They have several sizes to choose from. Prices are good.”

“Quick and easy to set up. Couldn’t register my trailer online though but got an automated phone call, which then transferred me to a live agent and was able to get everything squared away. I currently have a 15x20 unit but it’s divided by a plywood board. So instead of one big unit I have a wall divided between the units. I asked if I they could knock it down and they said no. That’s unfortunate because I have to open both door and transfer whatever I need from one unit to the other.”
“Steve was very friendly and helpful! My unit was clean when I got to it, and it stayed pretty clean over the 7 or so months I was renting it (no small animals getting in, and not many bugs inside). I was mistakenly charged for the next month after I'd already emptied out my unit, but he made sure I got my refund quickly after I reached out.”

They were able to process the rental and hook up the trailer in a very short time and were excellent explaining everything. The trailer worked great hauling from Powder Springs, GA to Shakopee, MN.”

“I cannot express how happy we were with Rock Solid Storage. We had a unit and prices were always comeptitive and no huge surge in pricing as I have seen with other places. We just canceled our unit as we moved to a bigger place so we no longer had a need for the unit. Canceling was super easy and they also reached out to us to remind us to confirm our cancellation before the next billing cycle to prevent paying when we did not need the unit. If we need a unit again in the future we know where we will be going!”
