“Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Richard at Extra Space Storage, where I am storing a significant percentage of my household items while I get into a permanent residence after moving myself, my cat, and my things from 25 years in the San Francisco Bay area of California.RIchard has been a pleasure to work with throughout the process of planning for the storage capacity that I would need, and arranging to accommodate the work of the movers that I hired to help me transfer my things higher priced storage with the van line.Richard is polite, very helpful, and he knows his business very well.The facility is immaculate. I was amazed at how clean the entire building is. everything is well-organized and buttoned-up. And completely spotless.I have a high bar for what I want to see when it comes to storage accommodations for storage and in terms of the service and ensuring that everything was all set for my moving my belongings into the facility. “I was just searching the phone number to call and check on my storage and ran across the previous review. I think the previous person has one of the other places along Powder Springs road/r.d. Sailors. Powder Springs self storage has been nothing but great, And the ONE not multiple employees has always been helpful and great. Never have i ever smelled any drugs and she is always in the office. And i have stored here for years and never been on a contract, most storage places are month to month. P.S. self storage is great, and i feel that my stuff is safe and secure.”
