I returned a call to David from Extra Space Storage, who informed me of a rent increase of $1, as opposed to $80, I was initially informed of. David further informed me that he himself requested this change from the hire ups, and was successful. This could not have come at a better time for me. My God is Awesome! David, if you're reading this, thank you again. You were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and you went above and beyond. You are an asset to not only the company, but the customers as well.
