Everyone at this OZK branch has been absolutely wonderful through the process. Thank you, Kris & team. They are efficient, communicative, responsive and helpful at every turn! “I've been a member since 2019, almost every time I've tried to use their main ATM, it hasn't been working . I'm complain just as others have. I've taken it a step further. I've called corporate and tried to figure out what was going on. Well they sent me right back to the dawsonville branch. After a long chat with the manager Matt, who was very helpful and
apologetic for the service I had been receiving. The bottom line is their ATM cannot stay connected to the internet. It's out of their control personally as employees of this credit Union and branch. Their company is locked into a contract that makes them use Windstream even though it's unreliable and has been for 8 years since they opened. So it's petulant bureaucracy and leadership or lack thereof that hasn't found a solution for this. So consider this before you throw your milkshake on the ATM that's not working. Nice people that work there have to clean that up you know. Everybody that works there is very nice and friendly and professional. So put yourself in their place before you vandalize or throw stuff on the ATM..”
