    “This is without a doubt my favorite clothing store to go….Most of my hoodies come from North Face and I refuse to buy any coat/jacket anywhere but here. My wife and son have adopted this same mindset too. Honestly though what does it is the prices, why would I ever buy a North Face item anywhere but here when the whole store is 60% off. My favorite item though is their backpacks…they are incredibly durable! Thank you NF for great customer service and even better prices!”

    “I had to make a return on a pair of shoes because they were too big for my mom, and when I arrived at the store, I realized I didn’t have the receipt. I went to the front desk to see if they could help me and a sweet young lady tried her best to find the transaction by even taking all the transactions from the month of December and going through them to find my specific one. She was very diligent and patient with me and I appreciated it so much! We ended up not finding it (it was a cash transaction ?‍♀️ my fault.) but I swapped them out for another pair and she made sure to get my info into the system for next time. Amazing customer service!!”

    “TLDR: Amazing customer service. Signed in as my wife but I stopped by earlier today to get a bunch of stuff and before I drove over I called ahead to make sure everything I wanted to buy qualified for the special they were running. They took the time to check it for me and ensured me it would be fine. Drove an hour over to them. Got what I needed, ordered more online with the manager (they still applied the special), realized I made a mistake on one of the in store items and swapped it for the proper size. So I have dealt with them every which way and dealt with four different employees plus one manager, all of them were super friendly and helpful. Great team!”
