The store is very clean, more than expected from a grocery store, and their coupons and sales provide good value. Many customers can find everything needed there. However, some experiences are below par. There are reports of surprising customer service issues, including lackadaisical responses in departments like the flower shop. The shopping carts are frequently cited as the worst, requiring multiple attempts to find a good one. Despite this, the grocery pickup service is noted as the best, with fast, friendly and very helpful staff.
Great selection, good prices, staff is actually knowledgeable on random products. It's great when you can ask the meat department a question about another product, and they can tell you right where it's located!
