The man in the back chose to go above and beyond to help me understand what had happened and give me enough info to help me get a refund from ebay. I appreciate how kind, thoughful and helpful he was and how smoothly my experience was. the post office was clean, quiet, calm and orderly while i was there patiently waiting.”
