“Needed a fuse for my car and verified what I needed was in stock on line. Store was clean and well organized and finding the part was quick and easy. Getting checked out was a little slow as there were a few people ahead of me. Staff was pleasant and helpful and spoke Spanish and English. This is 2nd location I went to for this repair and had pretty much same exact experience overall.”
“I had been having some battery-related issues with my car and stopped by Batteries Plus for help. AJ came out in the rain to assist me and was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He tested my battery, alternator, and starter, and everything checked out great. While we weren’t able to fully diagnose the issue (my car has a backup battery that will likely need to be addressed at the dealership), I truly appreciated how thorough he was.

Yes this O'Reilly's is swamped with business... and foot traffic...so yo speak...as so they should be .. however sometimes despite their actual reality of pulling parts, order parts, invent,making deliveries, checking batteries and cash checking customer service... man I needed help... and Joshua and Andrew took a time even though they were closing the store from a busy day...the guys were patient and ready to help ..they are the ones you need.. “I visited this location to get a new headlight and a gas cap. I was immediately greeted by Kevin, who was genuinely helpful and attentive. He took the time to help me install the light despite the challenges he faced. I truly have never had a customer service experience like this before. He made my week and made the experience less daunting, because my knowledge of cars is very slim. If you visit this location, ask for Kevin you definitely won’t be disappointed, and you will definitely get a laugh in while you're there.”
