Phone service was worst. I can be on on a business call when I hit a dead spot the call dropped. So I dropped T-Mobile.
Never again, Veterans do not waste you time asking for our 10percent.”

“I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon store! First of all, Malik assisted me with getting a new phone, and it literally took less than 20 minutes. It is important to note the less than 20 minutes part because I had no service on my current phone at the time. So as a result, I had to go back-and-forth with my mom who is on the account and Malik made it such a smooth and reassuring process. He also helped me to get a really good deal on protection and a charger for my phone !!! I just really appreciated the people who work at this Verizon store they are all so kind, quick, and down for a laugh !”

“Just left this location after trying 4 months to get my son’s phone on the federal discount program. I had been to other locations and was told to call customer service then called customer service and was told to go into a store. So finally I tried again and Jay took care of it he for one knew what I was talking about and applied for the program for me . I left feeling thankful because as a single mom of a teenage boy times are tuff but this makes it a little easier on my pockets and comfortable knowing my son and I can communicate without money being a barrier. Their service is personal and professional, prompt and friendly.Uptime has been so good I don't recall a time in the past decade (or longer) there's been downtime. When my company moved to another state years ago, we were nervous about no longer being nearby. They have handled remote service so well including drive swaps, and our concerns evaporated - it's actually been more convenient than sending our tech was.I deal with hosting companies daily on behalf of my clients.
