The technicians are always so patient, gentle, and caring with her. The veterinarians are knowledgeable, compassionate and take the time to answer questions and explain everything thoroughly.
They have also been incredibly helpful with providing the health certificates my pet needs for travel to other countries, which has made the process so much easier and less stressful. It’s reassuring to know everything is handled carefully and correctly in one place.
Although appointments occasionally run a bit behind, it’s clear it’s because they are giving each pet the attention they deserve rather than rushing through visits. The level of care and dedication they provide makes it more than worth the wait. I’m so grateful to have such a trusted team looking after my pets, and I highly recommend Kay Animal Hospital to any pet owner.

3939 GA-5, DouglasvilleI can’t thank Douglas Oaks enough for their care over the years! Our dog Lizzie isn’t great with vets and they are always so patient and accommodating. Last year, they saved Lizzie’s life when we came in and she had to have emergency surgery for pyometra. Dr. Cohn was very gracious with us and Maddie at the front desk helped us with our care credit when we were in a panic. They’ve also treated both our cats Milli and Remy with immense care! Wonderful staff and cannot recommend them enough ?

Eric the personal trainer has also helped me out a lot with her training and understanding how to communicate with her since she’s deaf. Within minutes of working with him she was under control and behaving amazingly. It’s helped us out at home getting her calm and responsive to commands.

I ordered a Brazilian drip that was rich, but not bitter. I like a shot of Hazelnut flavor and two creams. The owner added a third at my request due to the richness.
The spot has an old school vibe including 1950s office equipment, chairs and tables, plus great soul music.
I will definitely be back for the coffee and also plan to try the delicious looking muffins.
