The staff really seem to care about my pup and appear genuinely happy to be working there. My baby has had a bad experience at a groomer before, so she used to be so nervous going into places like this, but she’s always excited to run inside and greet the team. Prices are fair and they use nice products as well! It’s also a woman-owned small business, so I’m happy to support them. Can’t recommend Bubble Tubs enough ?

She’s so calm and patient, she explained everything with detail and allowed my list of anxious questions. Chipper loves her and immediately calms down when she entered the room. The front office staff was so kind and friendly and made accommodations for my grumpy old man. I’m so glad I tried this location and will definitely be staying.

The place looks decent, and at the beginning the waitress was attentive and polite. My wife ordered a “picada,” which she did not enjoy at all. It was missing several items that are normally part of a traditional Colombian picada. We are both Colombian, so we know exactly what this dish should include. In my case, I ordered a breaded pork cutlet (“chuleta a la milanesa”). As soon as I cut the first piece and took a bite, I immediately noticed a horrible taste, as if the meat was spoiled or no longer fresh. It was so bad that I almost felt sick. I called the waitress right away, explained the situation, and expressed my complete dissatisfaction. She took the plate away, and we decided to ask for the check. What was truly disappointing is that no one ever came to our table to apologize — not the manager, not the cook, no one. It was as if nothing had happened. We paid and left, and we made the decision not to return. Unfortunately, based on this experience and the lack of basic customer service, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Be cautious and consider other options.
