“I went to this wonderful storage facility today. Mr. Nate was AMAZING. He was very informative and patient. He showed us the spaces, helped us with our locks, walked us through how to use the app and was polite through all of it in the sweltering heat. I would definitely rec this facility just based on customer service. Also the facility is very clean.”

“The property on Blair’s bridge road need some sort of golf cart so customers can be taken to the spot they are renting. Walking long distance or in the hot sun could take a toll on your body. Heat exhaustion and I think customers should be offered water or some sort of beverage.”
“AKA 1-800-Pack-Rat. Their delivery process (mechanism) and containers are superior to PODS. They were also able to accommodate a tight delivery and pickup window where PODS was not. My container delivery driver, Nesru, was friendly and efficient. He placed the container exactly where I asked him to and inspected and swept out the inside of the container before departing. Due to some communication issues 1-800-Pack-Rat worked with me and corrected the situation. That’s excellent customer service!”

I stored my belongings here for about two years, and throughout that entire time the property was impeccably clean and well maintained. I never had any issues whatsoever with rodents or pests unlike CubeSmart. My belongings came out exactly as they went in, which gave me tremendous peace of mind.
The pricing was also very reasonable—significantly less than what I was paying at CubeSmart, while the overall experience was much better. Clean, secure, well maintained, and affordable. I’m very happy I made the switch and would definitely use them again.”
