“I went yesterday because I was looking for a place to store some stuff and I had read the reviews beforehand. The woman working did not disappoint she was so sweet and answered every question I asked very knowledgeably, the thing that made me leave a review was that she either just had surgery or something because she’s in an aircast or walking boot but still took me around the building and showed me 3 different sized storage rooms. Even though I could see that she was moving around with discomfort she continued being personable and smiled the whole time. The building was clean and the prices were good, the only downside was there is only one door for entry and exit and was the only reason why I didn’t rent a storage space. Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Ms. Kay you are dedicated and do a phenomenal job”
