“Let me just start by saying that i was so disappointed with customer no service that i was planning on cancelling all of my services with Xfinity and switching to another carrier. I walked into the store with equipment in hand ready to do just that. However, the store rep Garrick had other plans for me lol. He immediately greeted me at the door with the biggest smile and a “Welcome to Xfinity”! Greeting that made me drop my guard. After expressing my frustration and why I was cancelling he without blinking simply said “Before you do that let me see what i can do to help you” the only reason I even considered letting him look at my account and listen to his pitch was because of how he greeted my wife and I. Let me just say that not only did he resolve my issue along with assistance from the assistant manager but he also somehow convinced me to port my cell phones from AT&T. I always hate to come into the store if i don’t have to but i will definitely come to this store as long as Garrick is employed there. Great job Xfinity with this hire imagine my surprise when he told me that he was a new hire with only a little more that a month on the sales floor.”
