“The woman at the door had a huge line that was backed up past the cash registers. Management stepped in to help. Once she got the line cleared, it was right back to being backed up as soon as she left.
Also, I attempted to purchase ear buds. I have the manager to card to pull the ones I purchased. When she returned, she said they were not in stock because they had been discontinued. But no one thought to pull the cards so people wouldn't purchase them.
And still, out of all that confusion, everyone still maintained a pleasant attitude. That's really helps when dealing with the craziness.”
