“I had such a wonderful experience at Wayowear today. I stopped in to get belly beads and, honestly, I was a little intimidated at first. But the young lady who helped me was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and kind, helping me pick out the beads and explaining the meanings behind some of the different colors.
What meant the most to me, though, was how she made me feel during the process. When she was putting the beads on, I never once felt uncomfortable in my body. Instead, she made me feel like a goddess. She made me feel beautiful without even realizing the impact she was having.
The level of customer service, care, and intention behind what she does truly made this a special experience. I’m so grateful I stopped in and would absolutely recommend Wayowear to everyone!”

Just walked out 3-25-26 at 2:20pm and just had to upgrade my previous 4 star to a 5 star review for this working crew! From the Amazon return young lady, to the greeter, to the lady working at Sephora, to the gentleman who was on the register. Every step of the way was such good customer service! They all tried to upsell me or offer me different options without being too pushy and while being friendly the entire time. Very impressed with this team! I wish I had gotten their names for the review.”
“Earthbound Trading Co. is a really fun store with a unique, colorful vibe. They have a great selection of clothing, accessories, home décor, and gifts, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s clean and well-organized, which makes browsing enjoyable.
On the downside, some of the specialty items can be a bit pricey, and the store can feel a little crowded on weekends. Still, it’s worth stopping by if you enjoy quirky, bohemian-style finds!”
“Hot Topic is a fun store if you’re into band merch, pop culture items, or alternative clothing. They have a good variety of shirts, accessories, and collectibles.
The store can feel a bit cramped, and sometimes the displays are messy, which makes browsing a little frustrating. The staff are friendly when you find them, but they’re not always easy to spot. Overall, it’s a decent place to check out for fans of music, movies, or pop culture, but it can get hectic during busy times.”
“Clean store with really friendly staff. Very helpful. Purchased online for store pickup. Was able to get my purchase quickly and without any issues, in under an hour. Believe it was the store manager that mainly assisted me. She gave me some great suggestions & offered advice to help me find other items in store I would like. Unfortunately the size selection they offer does not include many extra long sizes 36” & 38” inseams are not available & most of the really cute jeans sell out of the size I need & like. Would be nice if they offered more. I would definitely have bought several more pairs that day if they were in stock. Definitely will go back & hopefully can find more in my size. Great staff!!!!”
“I was in the store yesterday evening. I ran to the dress department to find a dress for a big event this morning. I was not in the best mood, as the dress I initially set out to wear was not being delivered in time. Once at the counter, Karen was amazing and so helpful. She truly shifted my mood with her genuine kindness. Very rarely do we find people who go above and beyond to help customers. Karen was a GEM!”

“I took the Foundations sewing class here about two months ago, and I’m still so impressed by how much I gained from it. Even a few months later, the techniques I learned have stuck with me.

“Listen, I never ask for help when I’m in stores and just figure stuff out on my own. But the store wasn’t really busy around 10 am and I needed help with 2 graduation outfits. When I tell you all 3 girls on staff jumped in to help, they were ready to make sure I looked my best in the outfits I had picked. Because you know how something looks like it matches but you’re just not too sure? Yeah these girls made sure it was matching. They used what pieces I already found and liked and made it work. 10 out of 10 would recommend those ladies. Give them a raise right now because they were so sweet!”
“I’m very familiar with the employee named Lana because I’m her 62 year old father who happens to be a disabled veteran and I’m appalled that anyone would think that she is either racist or ageist her mother is Irish Caucasian, American, and I am black African-American and we’ve never had room in our household or our lies for racism of any sort I have every confidence that my daughter has been raised to be respectful of her elders and other races”

“I was in the store Monday 2/21 walked in and greeted by the store manager Jessie. I couldn’t find my size on the rack of clothes I was looking at. He quickly looked up if it could be found at other stores close by and then referred me to order online locating the exact style I wanted. This was great customer service in my mind and I will be returning.”
