They were finished on time, but then noticed a small crack.2. They called to let me know about the issue and gave me some options.3. They told me, "We should have caught it, so we'll cover the extra bit." (Who does that anymore?!?)4. They got me my car back better than before!Absolutely would recommend - in fact, I just did recommend them to a friend, which is what prompted me to write this review. “My landscaper accidentally put a large scratch on the rear quarter of my 2014 Mustang with a backpack leaf blower, which obviously seriously upset me. Thankfully Ed came in for the rescue and was able to almost completely remove the scratch like it was never there. Not only did he keep me updated through the process with pictures, but he got it done quickly for a extremely fair price. Can’t recommend In Detail enough. I worked with Joe the GEICO adjuster and he was extremely nice and gave me my needed updates. Classic Collision did an AMAZING job!! They said they would have my car for 16 days but it was completed in 10. My car looks the exact same when I first bought it!!! Additional pricing was higher that 3 other quotes for some additional work to be done. Just fix what you're supposed to and walk away. I know prices have changed but this is within less than a year of quotes.”

“I don't write reviews a lot, but doing one for this shop is not a waste of my time.I'm not good at writing essay, long story short, My car has been there since 2023 March, it's finally fixed but waiting for the final invoice paperwork from the insurance company. It's been nine months, could be done next month or I am expecting more time.All the stresses I've been through during these nine months were unnecessary. I'd say if I come back again, I will just leave everything to Joe and stop worrying about it. Built the trust with this shop the first time I'm working with them.P.S - This shop was recommended by my car accidents lawyer Jay. If you were too, trust both of them.I can only see this business is getting busier and building more loyal customers as long as Joe runs it. It makes me feel they are going beyond or surpass what a regular auto shop suppose to do.If in the future, you are experiencing the same like my case, leave it the them and stop worrying about it. I'm not a insider, take my comments seriously.”
