“This was my third visit. The first time was for a trunk window replacement, and they recommended a good company. The second time was for a taillight replacement, which they did for free. Today, my car suddenly wouldn't start, so they came to the CVS parking lot, checked it, jump-started it, and watched me drive to the shop. They tightened the connection, which was loose, and fixed it for free. I had an ongoing problem for months that I had been trying to fix elsewhere, but they diagnosed and fixed it all at once. “Great experience with Duluth Auto & Body. I hit an object on the road, cracking the bottom of my bumper and damaging the grill. I could either run this through auto insurance or pay out of pocket. Rates are already high enough, so I chose to pay out of pocket. I went to a few larger, more well-known auto body shops, and they all wanted to replace the bumper and charge other diagnostic fees, which was very costly. Duluth Auto & Body was able to patch the bumper and make it look like new! They also detailed the car interior and exterior. The final cost came out under my insurance deductible!
I highly recommend them. They don’t have a shiny new building, but they make up for it in customer service, honesty and craftsmanship.”

I brought my car in, was given a quote for parts and labor, placed the order for the parts, was then scheduled for service once they arrived, got my car in and out in the promised timeframe, which in my case only needed a day and was back on the road. “My landscaper accidentally put a large scratch on the rear quarter of my 2014 Mustang with a backpack leaf blower, which obviously seriously upset me. Thankfully Ed came in for the rescue and was able to almost completely remove the scratch like it was never there.
