They provided a very detailed and transparent estimate, including clear photo documentation and a breakdown of all anticipated charges. The pricing was reasonable and the explanation of the repair scope was thorough and easy to understand.

At no point did they pressure me to proceed with the repairs. Once it became clear that I was paying out of pocket rather than through insurance, they were candid about the total cost relative to the vehicle’s value and agreed it may not be the most practical option. They supported me in taking time to explore alternatives, including selling the vehicle as-is.

Throughout this process, they were extremely patient and accommodating. They allowed the vehicle to remain on their lot while I arranged a buyer, and ultimately did not charge me for storage or evaluation. Despite investing time and effort into the assessment, they remained professional and helpful from start to finish.

Overall, this was a straightforward, honest experience with a family-owned shop, and the experience reflects that. Communication was direct and respectful throughout, and there is a clear emphasis on building trust rather than pushing for quick decisions..”
