He replaced my fuel injector the same day, but unfortunately the part turned out to be defective and I experienced the same issue later.

Instead of asking me to tow or bring the car back myself, he personally came to my home, picked up my vehicle, and took it back to the shop. He completed the repair, made sure everything was working correctly, and even kept the car until he felt confident it was completely safe for me to drive again.

“I got a screw in my tire and needed to get it repaired. I called at 8:30am and wanted to wait for it. They asked if I could wait until 9:30am to bring the car. I did that and they took my vehicle immediately and by 10:10am my car was ready. The tire was plugged and I was on my way. I drive a Tesla Model Y and there was no issue doing the repair.”
