They give me all the pricing up front, and if anything else is found while it's being service, they give me the cost & time to repair. I have the choice to take it or leave, and I have at times, not agreed to the work. They are fine with that. There is no hard sell or suggesting I won't be safe if I don't do what they tell me to do. “I had the most basic of expectations after a tree fell on my car after an ice storm. It's refreshing to have expectations not only exceeded but completely blown away. My car? Amazing - completely restored like new. But that's not even the best part. Megan and Adam went above and beyond advocating for me and working their magic. They educated me, guided me and got me a much better result than I even dream possible. There is new life breathed into my 1996 BMW Z3 that I was giving up on.
