“I had an outstanding experience at this UPS location thanks to Devonta Stevenson, the General Manager. From the moment you walk in, his positive energy is contagious. His smile truly lights up the entire store. The store also smells amazing which is weird and also cool at the same time.
What impressed me most was the personal care and attention he gave to each and every customer. He took the time to be informative, patient, and genuinely kind, making sure everyone felt heard and helped. I was in-and-out in 10 minutes! There is another UPS close by that doesn’t come close to this customer service. Highly recommend!”

“This store 0575 is the ABSOLUTE BEST at being efficient. I frequently use their services to ship items for my e-commerce business.
I've probably used at least 3 other stores in the area and not on can compare to the quality of the service. I don't think I ever spent more than 5 minutes in the store (great thing) because they have everything ready for customers.
