“I'm a pretty busy guy, and therefore don't have a lot of time to leave reviews, but this is one review I WILL find the time to leave!In today's world, true customer service is such a rarity, but the employees here are definitely the exception to the rule. I have absolutely no creativity when it comes to designing, decorating, or arts and crafts, so when I started planning a prison-themed party (Yes, you heard that right! Lol), everything was humming right along until I hit a roadblock with the signs I needed for the party. I went to Staples thinking that maybe this would be the day my creativity-deprived DNA had some sort of awakening. Wrong! Mission failed. My fruitless attempt at creating my FIRST sign on the computer there turned out looking like an old Atari game, and here I was needing to make THREE signs. This actually caused a little stress to creep in because I was like "How I am going to have a party with a crazy theme like this with all the cool decorations I've bought, but then signs looking like lost stickmen?" I gave up on the computer at Staples and sat in my car looking up signs places nearby. This is when Signamara entered the picture and it was like the stickmen had eaten Popeye's spinach!From the moment we walked in Kari greeted us with a smile, and it only got better from there! We explained our uniquely-themed party to her, and instead of her eyebrows raising, she actually got excited and was like "That's going to be so cool!" As I went on and on about all we had planned for the party and what kind of signs we needed, Kari went to work taking notes on a notepad. This not only showed her attentiveness, but it also prevented me having to try to draw a "rough draft" of how I wanted the signs to look, which would have been an utter disaster! I left and within just a couple hours she had emailed me drafts of the signs. I had them tweak a few things on one of the signs, but none of them ever became inpatient with the minor changes I asked them to make.Cohen and Dylan...the two who performed CPR on my near-death sign experience! These guys took an enjoyable interest in designing my signs and it shows in their work. There are many places out there where people are so "robotic" in performing their jobs. You can tell Cohen and Dylan take pride in their work, have passion for what they do, and think of the "little" things, which in my case mattered a big deal! The "chainlink" fence in the background of the "Bonding Companies" sign, the razor wire on the "Rec Yard" sign, and the inmate lying on his back with a bottle of liquor turned up to his mouth all show the creativity and thinking outside the box of these two!Add all of that to the fact that my signs were ready to pick up several days earlier than the date originally told to me and it's a no-brainer! Everyone will tell you that I am just like my mom, VERY particular when it comes to the way I want things done. This place blew my expectations away to where even I can't find the smallest thing to nitpick about!!At a time when it seems like everyone is all about themselves or finding reasons to not like one another, it's nice to go somewhere that is a shining example of what TRUE customer service, professionalism, and passion for what they do is on full display 24/7!”

“I would like to add another 5-star review for Jay's and Namita's UPS store on Douglas Rd in Alpharetta. They were able to take a 2'x3' wall poster that I bought on a vacation and turn it into a 3-panel, continuous view canvas wall hanging. They were very patient to let me tinker with the color shading and size, and the final product looks perfect. I didn't know that some UPS stores even have this capability until I saw some samples in their store. There seems to be so much more that they can do besides mailing packages and accepting Amazon returns. Great, friendly and skilled service.”

“Presentech is an amazing print service. They helped me with a window graphic and wallpaper project. Not only did they print my window graphics on premium window perf, they did a printed sample first and they installed it for me. On top of that I needed wallpaper done and they printed and installed it. I was worried at first but Amanda helped me understand the process and met all my deadlines... I'm very happy with the whole project from beginning to end. When I called presentech I was unsure what exactly I wanted and Amanda helped me figure out I didn't need a banner to hang in my window, instead she recommended the window perf. It's professional, neat and clean.. they only accept orders online but they do have a lobby with a few banners and print items. I would call and set up a time to meet with one of the sales members to get a better feel of what you need.. but I'm telling you once you call you'll feel like you've gotten so much done and a weight lifted off you.. I sure did.. my wallpaper looks great. I've ordered from presentech multiple times now and they always got what I need... Parking is free. They deliver locally in atlanta, and they ship everywhere.. they offer other stuff too.. like backdrops, banners, and tradeshow displays.. if you have a business and need printing you need to call them. Ask for amanda or chris.. they are both great”
