“We went to get sneakers for hubby he’s size 13 wide we had a nice sales lady come by and asked if we needed him we said yes her name is Tiffany and she provided excellent customer service experience she helped hubby find 2 pair in his size that he liked. Tiffany made the experience delightful because hubby was getting disappointed with just us looking we weren’t finding much. Just wanted to give Tiffany her props thanks again😃”

“I want to recognize Zoey for her outstanding customer service today. I placed an online order for three pairs of Air Force 1s because my children start school tomorrow. I ordered around noon, and although the store was extremely busy, Zoey took the time to help me. At first, she explained that she didn’t think she’d be able to fulfill my order because of how busy they were. I told her how important it was since school starts tomorrow and my babies really needed their shoes. Instead of simply saying no, she asked me to give her a few minutes while she went to check. She came back and made it happen. When I arrived at the front, I let the cashier know that someone had told me my order would be fulfilled. The cashier informed me that they couldn’t fulfill it. I even asked if I could just grab the three pairs of Air Force 1s myself and use them for my pickup order, but I was told no and that I would have to contact customer service to get a refund. Just as I was feeling discouraged, Zoey came out with my order. I was so relieved and thanked her so much for helping me. As I was leaving, I overheard the same cashier employee questioning why she fulfilled my order. That made me worry that she might get in trouble for simply helping a customer, so I immediately found a supervisor to let them know that Zoey went above and beyond and that I hoped she would be recognized not disciplined for providing such exceptional service. It’s becoming harder and harder to find employees who genuinely care, but Zoey reminded me that great customer service still exists. She showed kindness, compassion, and a genuine willingness to help when she easily could have turned me away. Thank you so much, Zoey. You truly made a stressful day so much easier, and because of you, my babies have their shoes for the first day of school. I appreciate you more than you know. I sincerely hope your kindness, dedication, and willingness to help are recognized because employees like you are rare. For now on my family and friends will go to Zoey for all of our purchases”

Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
