“6459 Ga 42 this is the best metro store that you can ever visit ever ever ever ever ever I've been a menstrual customer for several years I recently broke my phone and I had insurance on the phone but I could never get in touch with the insurance company neither could the three customer service agents I spoke with or the two supervisors so I canceled the insurance so finally today I decided I have to just go buy a phone so I going to the Metro PCS located on North Henry boulevard in Stockbridge Georgia the girl that was nice enough and she was helpful but she said I needed to be able to receive a text message or an email in order to get a phone and she could not sell me the same phone that I had at the same price I paid it for her price was $40 more so she directed me to another MetroPCS located on lake Spivey in Stockbridge Georgia don't ever go to that store the girl there was not kind at all and she told me they didn't have Wi-Fi so why are you even open if I can't receive a message in your store how can you sell me anything plus I told her I needed directions to another store she couldn't help me with that and I told her I couldn't use my GPS because my screen was messed up on my phone I stopped to pray and ask God to go before me and I saw a guy at the gas station so I asked him to Google the nearest Metro PCS store and I ended up on Georgia 42 with the angels from the Lord not only did they sell me the phone at the same price that I bought it for a month ago but they threw it in case and they were so kind and patient my phone was really bad and that girl took her time and worked with my phone in order to make the deal this is the location you should go to if you want the best deal and if you want some customer service which seems to be absent in the store located in the Kroger plaza on lake spivey parkway”
“I’m late making this post, but the owner of the shop was very nice, accommodating, and professional. I had a keyboard that wasn’t working and told him I was in school and I needed it back ASAP to do my assignment. He told me it was $65 flat, and he’ll have it ready within an hour. He called me back, diagnosed my issue and fixed my computer. So I would highly recommend this shop for repairs and services. Thank you.”

“It goes to show you that great customer service still exists with human touch. Geraldo was professional, patient and more knowledgeable than his partners: customer service. Customer service could not resolve my issue nor any options and directed me back to the store where Geraldo assisted me. He called to sort the issue out and still no resolution. I understand people have made it harder for others and extensive security measures were put into place, but that does not help the ones who are in need with their legitimate account. Geraldo took the sting out of a difficult day and his efforts were beyond expectations.”
