The representative who assisted me was knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain my options without rushing or pressuring me. They made the entire process smooth and stress free, whether it was discussing plans, upgrades, or answering my questions.
What stood out the most was the customer service friendly, patient, and attentive. It’s not always easy to find that level of care in retail stores, but this team definitely delivered.
Overall, I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable service and a positive experience. T-Mobile continues to impress, not just with their network performance which is known to be strong, but also with the quality of their in store support.”

“First and foremost, schedule an appointment before going to the store. We did this a couple days before. We arrived 10 mins before appointment and were sitting with customer service rep at our scheduled time. We had the best experience with Liska!!! She explained everything for new Internet service. She didn't rush us and answered all answers. We never have experienced this high quality of customer service.... ANYWHERE!!!! The best part, we were in and out of there within 30 minutes!!!
