“I went into the office to get a new debit card. It was printed on the spot. The bank clerk was very friendly and went out of her way to get my questions answered. It's a joy going into the branch”

“Been here on multiple occasions and it is definitely one of the busiest branches I've ever been to (Miami, Tampa, Orlando, elsewhere). On payday Friday it is chaos, for sure. But I've been recently (2024) on a non-payday Friday and other days of the week, and was received helpfully by the receptionist. My wait was sometimes minutes (like any bank teller service), or a reasonable 15 or 20 minutes for more personal paperwork related matters (notary signature or the like). Always, always treated with respect. But then, I'm not a jerk and I approach even difficult matters with patience and good manners.”
