“By far, this is one of the best Marshall’s close to my home!. Every single time I visit the store it is organized, clean, no dust bunnies in the dressing rooms, the shelves are always organized and especially the make up and beauty department is organized. I wanted to make a review for the awesome helpful manager Cortez. He was super nice and helpful today as I was shopping for items for my mother-in-law. Very customer oriented and upbeat. The bedding and rug department is always clean and organized. I think the lady that is over that department is Yvonne. She was also extremely helpful as I was looking for matching rugs today. She was very enthusiastic! I recommend shopping in this store. The only thing I’ve noticed as I have shopped at most of the Marshall's in my area, which is Fayetteville Georgia, is a lack of brands. Shoe brands have disappeared out of our Marshall's stores in Georgia and I do not know why. I am hoping better brands will appear in the stores soon!”

“We went to Tractor Supply to measure lawn mowers. I found the one I want, but by the time I have the money from the IRS, I suspect it will be hard to find one to buy.
It was still a fun visit, as it usually is. My wife enjoyed watching the ducklings. We bought a lot of dog treats, and chatted with other customers.”

But I will share that they have an amazing snack section cheaper than most grocers!? . Made several unnecessary purchases in that department. ??????. I left happy and satisfied. The customer service was excellent!! Not always about the clothes, etc. These stores are trying to become the one-stop shop. Clearly, it worked this time!! ?? ?. Peace Fam.”

“Customer Service needs improvement. I expected to be greeted upon entering. I passed by all the employees and not 1 spoke! Overall the store is organized. Great prices and cool selections. If you want to look trendy for the low, this is a dope spot. Especially if your open minded. Really good clothes selections for Teens. Be prepared for "shop bate " they have alot of traps as you stand in line. I was looking for some birthday gifts and found them. Wish they had more NFL stuff like they used to. I will definitely go back . It's really convenient to my house. I live in Fairburn.”

“I want to give a huge shout out to Kedron Kroger. Their customer service and care for their patients. My child's Dr sent in the incorrect strength of a medication and insurance will not cover that strength. The pharmacy text me letting know there would be a charge of they filled it, to please contact them. I called and the tech I spoke to was so caring and understanding. She assured me she would contact the Dr and have everything corrected. I got a text today stating prescription was ready and cost is $0. I have never experienced this level at any other Pharmacy. Thank you for always fighting for your customers @Kedron Kroger! I will forever be grateful for all you do for your patience. (This isn't isn't first time they have done all they can to help me in particular.)”

“The staff is nice and store was clean, except for the fitting rooms, I was quite surprised how disastrous they were. Nobody was there to help, people would just go in and try stuff on and leave it on the ground or hung up, then there was a massive pile of clothes outside the doors where people discarded clothing they didn’t want. I was surprise how well the whole store was kept, except for this one location. I also tried 5+ fitting rooms to find one without a ton of clothes on the floor or hung up that people didn’t want and couldn’t find any. This store had plenty of parking and a large variety to choose from.”

“Excellent customer service. Had a beautiful customer experience. Bring your dog for care. Get mostly everything you need such as decor, maintenance for the home stuff such as tools, nails etc. you can purchase safes here and clothes. The cashier at this location rock as of 11/2/2024. I would visit again. This place kind of reminds me of you of Home Depot or Lowe’s maybe even an Ace but not quite.”
