Department Stores in College Park, GA

“By far, this is one of the best Marshall’s close to my home!. Every single time I visit the store it is organized, clean, no dust bunnies in the dressing rooms, the shelves are always organized and especially the make up and beauty department is organized. I wanted to make a review for the awesome helpful manager Cortez. He was super nice and helpful today as I was shopping for items for my mother-in-law. Very customer oriented and upbeat. The bedding and rug department is always clean and organized. I think the lady that is over that department is Yvonne. She was also extremely helpful as I was looking for matching rugs today. She was very enthusiastic! I recommend shopping in this store. The only thing I’ve noticed as I have shopped at most of the Marshall's in my area, which is Fayetteville Georgia, is a lack of brands. Shoe brands have disappeared out of our Marshall's stores in Georgia and I do not know why. I am hoping better brands will appear in the stores soon!”

“I will say it like this. If you live near Banneker High School, Amazon, or near Gloria Denard S. Fulton Library, off of Flat Shoals Rd., which puts me 4½ miles from Old National Walmart location in College Park, and 3 miles from Jonesboro Rd location in Union City. Do Not Go To Jonesboro Rd location. Old National is customer friendly. They don't have loss prevention hawking you down just because you're Black with a back pack, while not paying attention to asian and white guys with back packs on. You want to see the stores general manger. You will get the store manager and not some employee. The manager at Union City location, runs & hides from all customer complaints even after customer service report to him, for him to deal with complaint. Nope, he gets a woman to handle his job. Overall, better shopping experience at Old National location. At least their floor walkers follow protocol. They are invisible to me, given off no bad vibe energy, as if to say, someone is watching me very hard. Union City staff escalate contention verbatim and by eye rolling at you.”
