“Customer Service needs improvement. I expected to be greeted upon entering. I passed by all the employees and not 1 spoke! Overall the store is organized. Great prices and cool selections. If you want to look trendy for the low, this is a dope spot. Especially if your open minded. Really good clothes selections for Teens. Be prepared for "shop bate " they have alot of traps as you stand in line. I was looking for some birthday gifts and found them. Wish they had more NFL stuff like they used to. I will definitely go back . It's really convenient to my house. I live in Fairburn.”
“I want to recognize Mr. Pat, the grocery manager on the night shift, for providing outstanding customer service. He truly went above and beyond to help me with my Instacart order.
One of the items I needed, cat food, was still on a pallet, and he took the time to locate it and get it for me. He also went to the back to find two packs of meat that I needed for the order.
His willingness to help and his positive attitude made the process much easier and showed excellent dedication to both customers and shoppers. Employees like Mr. Pat make a big difference, and his effort did not go unnoticed. Thank you for the great service!”
