“A very clean and orderly store. Bathroom at the front of the store needed some attention. Layout was a little different than I am used too, but I figured it out. Great shopping experience.”

“Customer Service needs improvement. I expected to be greeted upon entering. I passed by all the employees and not 1 spoke! Overall the store is organized. Great prices and cool selections. If you want to look trendy for the low, this is a dope spot. Especially if your open minded. Really good clothes selections for Teens. Be prepared for "shop bate " they have alot of traps as you stand in line. I was looking for some birthday gifts and found them. Wish they had more NFL stuff like they used to. I will definitely go back . It's really convenient to my house. I live in Fairburn.”

“I am SO grateful for Kroger delivery. I love that if you plan ahead it is Kroger employees that are picking and delivering your items. While I have no real issue with instacart personnel I have only really ever had one good shopper and I was upset I couldn't afford to tip her more. Otherwise, as a retired instacart shopper myself, it doesn't have the same protections as a company employee, not 1099, who gets a company vehicle to deliver my groceries and I will always support this policy.

I love their app because it learned my shopping habits and sends me tailored coupons for what I buy most of and it will send me special deals to try new things. The produce is always fresh, the ice cream is never melted, and I can compare all of the prices of things I'm buying, coupons for them, etc. BEOFRE I check out so that I don't have that awkward moment of having to put something back because it's outside the grocery budget for this week. Several of my neighbors an I order our deliveries around the same time so that there will be less carbon emissions, but you don't have to do this if you pay attention to the delivery prices because those will always tell you your area's popular times.
