“Worker (Alfred) went above and beyond his duties to ensure my postmark sensitive mail was retrieved and stamped on time. Right after close of business, he personally shifted through recently deposited letters to make sure my item was postmarked on time!!! I really appreciate that.”

“Clerk was extremely helpful. I needed to apply for a passport, but basically couldn't get it taken care of in that moment. Clerk wrote out the address for the probate office and gave me instructions to get it taken care of timely without having to rebook an appointment. Helped me cover ALL my bases to avoid further obstacles before sending on my way. Really great visit. Kudos to the staff at this USPS office!”

“Before visiting the United States Postal Service location in East Point, GA, I’ll admit I was a bit hesitant. I had read several negative reviews mentioning poor customer service and overcharging, so I went in expecting the worst. Thankfully, my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, USPS employee T. Jones completely changed my perception of this location. She was extremely pleasant, professional, and efficient, even while handling a steady flow of customers. What stood out the most was her ability to remain calm, patient, and genuinely helpful no matter the situation in front of her. T. Jones was not only quick but also a truthful and knowledgeable problem-solver. She took the time to clearly explain options, answer questions honestly, and ensure each customer was taken care of properly without rushing or showing frustration. It was clear she takes pride in her work and understands how much good customer service matters, especially in a fast-paced environment like the post office. Thanks to her, my visit was smooth, stress-free, and efficient. Experiences like this deserve recognition, especially when employees go above and beyond despite the negative reputation that sometimes surrounds their workplace. If you’re on the fence about visiting the East Point USPS location, I highly recommend giving it a chance and if you’re lucky enough to be helped by T. Jones, you’re in excellent hands. She is a true asset to the United States Postal Service and a great example of what customer service should look like.”

“This Place May Not Look The Best On The Outside But Inside Are Some Great Employees! I Was Greeted By Big Smiles And Great Customer Service. This Is A Nice Sized Post Office With Plenty Of Supplies. Although I Wish They Had The Stamp Machine/Package Weight Machine, It Was Worth The Wait To Get To Someone Who Actually Wants To Help You.”
