“I LOVE TO SHOP HERE! BESIDES THE EMPLOYEES ARE ABOVE AND BEYOND NICE! AND ALWAYS EAGER TO HELP....which is often...lol.
AND THE BEST MEAT DEPARTMENT ANYWHERE IN OAKWOOD OR GANIESVILLE! AND THEY COMPETE WITH WALMART SO I SAVE LOTS OF
MONEY! I CAN GET 5 MEAT ITEMS, (GROUND BEEF, CHICKEN TENDERLOINS, AND PORK CHOPS AND ITS ALWAYS ABOUT 30.00 OR A LITTLE MORE! 5 FOR 25 almost....IT is worth the drive and they have bogos alot and with the INGLES rewards card you can save so much more! And you build up points to use at the gas station in the parking lot with the store!

“This used to be my favorite Publix in the area as it was one of the newest and largest just a few years ago! However, the arrangement of the items must be theirs alone because the items I shopped for yesterday (happened to be in the area) were in strange places and difficult to find.”
“Wilkes is the only place I shop at for meat and they also have lots more to offer, most of the veggies you would like are available. These guys are the an excellent example of the kindness and care you receive from a small business. Their steaks are also incomparable to the grocery store equivalent, lots and lots of reason to stop by!!”

“I gave 2 Star‘s because I love Publix as a whole. This is the first time I have ever been in a Publix where I felt unwanted. I pride myself in shopping here because of the phenomenal service I have gotten from Georgia to Florida. While I was here, I waited patiently in line to order one of my favorite sandwiches. After I waited, two gentlemen behind me will call ahead of me. I said excuse me a few times to whereas the other employees looked around and they even noticing what happened. The people in line around me noticed as well and it was embarrassing. Both parties ignored. I have never had that happen, and I walked out immediately and went to another supermarket up the road where I Got the service that I’m used To.”

“I’ve used Publix pharmacy for over 15years and the last 7 yrs at this store. The customer service 98% of the time has been excellent. I even got my 84 yr old mother to start going here because of such bad service at the Kroger across the street. Lisa, Matt & all the staff strive for good customer service and I appreciate it. “Stopped by today with my mom looking for melatonin! They have the gummy and fast melts that are pure melatonin. I can't take the melatonin with herbs in it. Since I'm taking rejection meds for my kidney transplant. They are sure how it will mess with my system and meds. Glad I found some melatonin that will help me get some good sleep. And they are reasonably priced as well. Will be back.”

“This pharmacy has been such a blessing. Our dog battles with idiopathic epilepsy and they have always been SO AMAZING making sure we have the meds needed to help keep this awful disease away. The pharmacy techs are always super nice and helpful!!! Thank you guys!!!”
“For 22 years now I've been going to the Kroger that only for the pricing and convenience, but for the pharmacy, the pharmacy team, the Kroger team. They are all dedicated and committed to the store, and I've watched many iterations of this location over the years.As we struggle into 2023, with high prices on food and produce, and every day items I now drive, 30 miles to come to this Kroger to be with my people that recognize me and he'll serve me for so long. My Christmas dinner was a standing rib roast I bought here and they continually get the frozen shrimp and cod to feed the family during the week of the budget and they still have chicken, less than any other place offering chicken breast, thighs or wings if you can find them.I only know one way to pay tribute to this location is post some dishes I've made with their bargains and let them know that the job they do is important and appreciated and as I've had to adjust my budget to accommodate inflation, Kroger has been there all the way! I couldn't do without my Kroger. Highly recommend.”

“The owner and staff are super nice and always try to be accommodating and flexible with their prices. I drive past a gas station on the way to this one because of this. I made it there late one night and he let me in after already locking up. It is not open 24 hours, that should probably be updated.”

“I have been coming to this Kroger pharmacy since 2015!!! We drive 30+ minutes to get this pharmacy because of the care we get from them. They're unmatchable and
are like my 2nd family.
They are always on top of everything!

“Was surprising a family member with a gift of flowers after some very bad news and I can't even begin to express how helpful they were! The florist wasn't even in when I called but Dave picked up. I explained the situation and he was like, just come in, I've got you bro! Was absolutely outstanding and he helped me build the perfect arrangement for them! He completely embodied every value that good customer service should have and I can't thank the kroger crew enough!!”
“The only issue I really have with this store is that it seems like the aisles are extremely crowded. There's places where you can't even pass someone because a display is hanging out in the aisle. Great deals on stuff though, much more competitive pricing than Kroger.
Fresh cut fruit is pricy. For $7 you can get a little container of strawberries with the stems cut off. But for $2.50 you can get twice as many strawberries and eat everything but the stem with no work. Pay attention to what you're buying”
