“The staff is AMAZING!! Kieran especially! I can not express how greatful I am for how kind and helpful they were. See I went to grab some things for Easter and Birthdays, Kieran helped in every facet by grabbing things of the top shelf's, pulling high hanging clothes and holding all the items at the desk so I didn't have to carry it all around the store, and did so with a smile. Then it happened, learning that HT canceled all their credit cards. I had several hundred dollars worth of items that I spent the last 90mins gathering, with the expectation I would be using my HT card.. welp no. Kieran handed the situation very professionally, even with a smile. Helped me figure out what happened, and didn't bat an eye at putting the items back.”

“On my last trip to Kohl's I was dropping off a Amazon return. Before that I was unaware Kohl's was a drop-off point for Amazon returns. I think it's a good convenient way to shop and run an errand. They make it simple to drop off your Amazon return. I would recommend shopping at Kohl's if your into new styles and like fashion. Kohl's offers a range of styles to choose from.”
“I recently moved to Braselton, GA and had the fortune of being introduced to Christopher, owner of Christopher’s. What an amazingly talented young man! I had two daughters marrying within 7 weeks of each other, one in Philly and the other in Alabama and Christopher created the most beautiful gowns for me to wear. We became fast friends! Chris’s talents far exceed formal wear, he is extremely talented with florals and can create any type of special event you need. He has helped me pull off a very special birthday party along with wine & cheese events. We are traveling again this Fall for a wedding in Massachusetts and once again he created a timeless masterpiece for me to wear. I can’t possible describe how talented Christopher is and how connected he is with a plethora of vendors. He’s a one stop shop!!!!”
“Update, still the same experience with this one particular associate. No acknowledgment from this saleswoman. I’m honestly starting to think she doesn’t like her OWN race and it’s sad. I really like this store, but I don’t see myself returning to this location, due to this experience for the third time alone.
Caught a great deal on a dress shirt($1.97)?? Salesman, Scott was very helpful and provided professional tips and excellent customer service for my son! Went back the next day and Saleswoman, Jamie was a great help to my brother as well for our upcoming family event. She also provided excellent customer service. The only downside of both visits was one particular saleswoman (possibly the manager?) didn’t acknowledge us or greet us at all. I thought it was just me on the first visit, HOWEVER, my mom made the same statement to me on the second visit. It doesn’t cost anything to acknowledge or smile back at your customers. After all, after my first visit, I recommended two other family members to shop with the store as well for our family event.?”
“Very nice place to get suits and dress wear. Decent selection/variety of clothing for guys, especially on the bigger or taller end. It was hard to find accommodating suits elsewhere for someone with wide shoulders. Staff is so so, but the prices can't be beaten much elsewhere. Came away with some decent quality pieces for not much. Even with some tailoring after the fact, a full set came out to less than $180. Probably a bit less, but I don't have my receipts.”

I am sorry I forgot her name but I know her Mom is a NP ? She was very sweet. I had to return the next day and I was realky happy to see her again ☺️”
“The staff here is great, and they have a wide selection of Western clothing to choose from. If they don't have what you need in store they can always order it. Definitely a place to visit for all your clothing needs be it boots, shirts, pants, hats, belts etc. The prices here are great as well compared to the competitions. 100% recommend it.”

“I never leave reviews for retail stores but I was in there yesterday, and Chase and Howard were so dang nice. Retail jobs are a lot of work and can be frustrating so I don’t expect 5 star over the top customer service ever (just don’t be a jerk, that simple) but Chase and Howard were putting out good energy and smiles. Also, the store was clean and very organized.”
“I've been visiting the Mall of GA for years, and I finally decided to treat myself to some stylish Hollister clothing online! But when it arrived, it just didn't fit quite right. I headed into the store yesterday Saturday night for the very first time for a return. The young lady who assisted me was so incredibly kind and helpful!
