“I bought furniture for my daughter’s bedroom and the quality exceeded expectations. The edges were smooth, storage compartments worked properly, and everything felt safe and sturdy. Delivery arrived later in the evening than scheduled, though the company updated us throughout the delay which I appreciated.”

“It was my first time ever shopping at Once Upon A Child, and I was honestly so impressed from the moment I walked in around 11am/12pm I was warmly welcomed and told about the current sales right away. The two ladies up front were working so well together one at the register and their communication and teamwork were amazing to see. I’m so sad I didn’t catch their names, because they truly made my experience special. This is what great customer service looks like! I will definitely be shopping here again. Thank you, Once Upon A Child for having such sweet and hardworking employees!”
