“Albert the Assistant Manager is the best! He should be in the Corporate Office. Love that dude. He Welcomes me with a smile, and always suggests things I should buy. Latoya, she's great, she's always in the aisle working to keep her store Top Notch, and the Store Associates are Friendly. One Thing I recommend, Two More cash registers, or self check out!”

“This location always have a great selection on women's dresses, including my petite size of xs. I love their purses as well!!! The only caveat, which is extremely unfair to honest people is you have to ring and wait for a sales person to come and select the pricier purses and perfumes and no, you can't shop with it...it will be up front at check-out. Yes, theft unfortunately exists, but I shouldn't be punished for bad actors..really isn't my problem.”
“Customer service is something very important, when your job is to serve customers, today I had a very bad experience with a man who works in refunds, making Amazon returns, his attitude was horrible, but I will not stop expressing the good service I received from the cashier Mrs. Karen, she was very patient and kind, she managed to change my bad experience for an excellent one.. I think they must have more people like her.. who love their work.. Very grateful for Mrs. Karen's service.”

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Bettie W. for the outstanding service she gave me during my recent visit.
I walked in with a rapid-fire list—an item, a size, and a quick explanation of the event I was attending. Bettie listened patiently, asked a couple of quick questions, and immediately went into action. After a few determined trips down the aisle, she somehow returned with the perfect item—and then the exact size.
Her patience, attentiveness, and sense of urgency made the whole experience easy and even fun. Great service like that stands out.
Honestly, Bettie is Marshall’s unicorn—rare, impressive, and exactly the kind of person every customer hopes to run into while shopping.

I purchased Christmas Decorations for my front porch and I was very pleased with the different varieties they offered and the prices were good too. The store Manager named Corey customer service was great. He was very professional and helpful with my order. “By far, this is one of the best Marshall’s close to my home!. Every single time I visit the store it is organized, clean, no dust bunnies in the dressing rooms, the shelves are always organized and especially the make up and beauty department is organized. I wanted to make a review for the awesome helpful manager Cortez. He was super nice and helpful today as I was shopping for items for my mother-in-law. Very customer oriented and upbeat. The bedding and rug department is always clean and organized. I think the lady that is over that department is Yvonne. She was also extremely helpful as I was looking for matching rugs today. She was very enthusiastic! I recommend shopping in this store. The only thing I’ve noticed as I have shopped at most of the Marshall's in my area, which is Fayetteville Georgia, is a lack of brands. Shoe brands have disappeared out of our Marshall's stores in Georgia and I do not know why. I am hoping better brands will appear in the stores soon!”

“WOW! What a difference a year can make!
Today, I stopped by my local TJ Maxx on a whim after avoiding it for over a year. Previously, it felt overwhelming, disorganized, and difficult to shop. Since I was already in the area, I decided to give it another chance—and I am so glad I did!
From the moment I walked in, I was genuinely impressed. The store was beautifully organized, clean, well-stocked, and inviting. The merchandise was thoughtfully displayed, and every team member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional.
I was so impressed that I made it a point to find the manager, Kim, and personally thank her. Kim, you have done an incredible job! Your leadership and attention to detail are clearly reflected throughout the entire store.
It's refreshing to see a business take such pride in serving its community. What was once a store I avoided has become a destination I'll gladly support again. No more driving across town for me!

“I stopped by at this location that close to my aunt house to return woman’s shoe that i got from other location where is far and i just realize that it was wore by someone by just look at the back of the shoe at the same time that i already paid. Kind of hurry that day when i need that shoe for my daughter. Beside , it won’ t fi hers. Than make a return at Caroline location where the manager who was so kind. She listened all my issue, honestly i understand that it could not be return id you already worn them. But a par of shoes are in the same condition tied together with three price tag(as in photo). She listened to me and make decision to get me a refund. My pleasure is not about the refund at all but she has good mindset that someone may wore them abs return and no one realize as same as me. I could not remember her name. She is a manager on floor between 4:30 pm on Friday when I was there and she was very helpful.
