Even with the A/C being out, they kept a welcoming, upbeat energy that made the experience smooth despite the Georgia heat.
You can tell the lack of air conditioning is really taxing on the staff, yet they still delivered excellent customer service. I was told to be prepared before I entered, but, that level of dedication deserves recognition. I truly hope corporate sees how hard these gentlemen work and gets them the A/C they need and deserve.
