“I'd give it another star except I was looking for an outdoor couch that they only had the floor model for (not for sale). Instead of the staff saying " let me call or check the inventory from other local stores" I ended up doing the leg work and calling myself. Was able to purchase the outdoor furniture in the Fort Oglethorpe store. A little help on their end would have been appreciated.”

“Just wanted to brag on the electronics department. I came to look at the phones and as soon as I walked up I was greeted by Kristopher. He helped me get my phone set up. He had great customer service and it was so quick and easy. I was there maybe 7 minutes and most of that was walking through the store. Before checkout a woman in electronics also paired me with a case that was in my budget. I'm so impressed with the new changes in staff. Good job hiring/keeping great employees that know exactly how to assist customers and take the time to do so. Thanks Kris for making my experience a breeze!!”

“This young man saw me struggling with having a ACL knee injury leaning on a shelf in pain and he quickly hustled to the front and got me a handicapped cart for me to use and unload my cart into the handicapped cart …. These days it’s hard to even get someone to smile back at a grocery store but this young man went above and beyond to make my grocery shopping experience much easier … he deserves some recognition from someone high up … when I mentioned this to the manager on shift she quickly said his name and said “yeah Mathew is awesome and that young man gets these compliments on the regular” … someone take notice and get him into a leadership role before it’s to late … young men like this are hard to find this day and age … thank you Mathew and I will shop at this store more because of you sir!”
