“The store has a wide variety of high quality products, you'll be able to find what you need with no problem. If your feet hurt for standing up so much I recommend buying the Attrex insoles, they take away the pain instantly. The staff is very kind and helpful, Gail and Aslyssa (and one more but I forgot to ask her name, sorry) worked with me to try to find me the right shoes that would help me aliviaste any disconfort I felt, they've all gone far and beyond and have have given me one of the best customer service experience I've had anywhere else and will defiantly make any future purchases only in their store.”

“This particular stores customer service is phenomenal! After receiving an online order with two different sized shoes in one box, I reached out to customer service. They informed me that was the only pair left in the entire company of that specific pair of shoes. My partner was bummed because they were really nice and he really liked them. They said we could get any other pair of shoes at the same price point for the sale price we received on those shoes. While waiting on a flight we popped into the Pooler location. While looking around he told Earl, the salesman there at the time, about the shoe situation and how he really liked that one pair of shoes. We told Earl we were headed out of town for a few days and Earl said he’d see what he could do to find another pair. The next day Earl called and said he found a pair in the right size and he would have them at the store in a couple of days. On the day we arrived back in town there was a message that the shoes were at the store and ready for pickup. When we got there, Jim assisted us with another round of great customer service and we left with the shoes that we were once told were no longer available in the size he needed. It’s hard to find service like this these days. Thank you Earl and Jim!”

“Very nice and clean store. Huge selection of different styles of Skechers. They had the cutest kids shoes. Very little Skechers apparel and they kept the front door open whole time which made for a muggy store. But loved the selection.”

“Quick and easy shoe grab as I forgot tennis shoes of a trip. The store was organized and easy to navigate. I was in there less than 5 minutes to get my emergency shoes. When they saw someone new walked up in line the manager jumped in and opened a new line to keep it moving.”

“I've recently had a surgery on my r-foot, so I can only wear certain shoes. I live an hour and a half from Pooler, and today while browsing online I finally found the Asics I was looking for at FF. I called the store to make sure they were in stock. Mrs. Teresa was the most helpful salesperson I've dealt with in years!!! She made sure the shoes I wanted to try on were in stock. After few hours I made the drive to Pooler. When I arrived she had three boxes behind the counter waiting for me... That's service! Not only was she prepared, she was so nice and helpful. After trying on the shoes that I was somewhat satisfied with. She listened to my situation and suggested another shoe that fit every need I had even better. I can see why she's the manager.”

It was on the other side where they've turned down the old outlet mall. I've been going to Nike forever in all caps. No cap. Forever ever. So it's a place that's like a family store. “I had great service today at the outlet. It was a bit disturbing that there was only two employees in the crowded store and no manager. The young lady at the register had a smile on her face and the greatest customer service despite just coming from the dentist. Management is failing the employees.”
