It's not just a store; it's an experience. We felt like we were visiting an old friend.The owner is an absolute gem! So knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
They helped us find the perfect shoes – the ones we'd been searching high and low for, and some we didn't even know we needed (but now can't live without!). And the memorabilia? Forget about it! It's like a treasure trove of amazing finds. We scored the most incredible Supreme Bandana tapestry, and we are so excited to hang it up in our store. It's going to look absolutely killer!

First time shopping here and was extremely satisfied and surprised with the level of attention and detail from the guy helping us. I was looking for clothes for a wedding and needed assistance. “Clockwork Skate Shop is more than just a skate shop, it’s a place where community, kindness, and genuine human connection shine through. My son recently had the unforgettable experience of building his very first skateboard here, and it was all thanks to the incredible staff, especially Dakota.
Dakota took the time to walk my son through every step of the process, patiently answering questions, offering real advice, and most importantly, showing him acceptance and encouragement. It wasn’t just customer service, it was mentorship, friendship, and support wrapped into one meaningful visit.
While we were there, Genesis was also in the shop, adding even more energy and fun to the experience. The three of them , Blake (my son), Dakota, and Genesis snapped a photo together, and it’s a memory we’ll cherish.
Clockwork offers five-star service that even the most upscale establishments should aspire to. These men welcomed my son like a best friend, and that kind of authenticity can’t be faked. We left with a new skateboard, yes but more importantly, we left feeling seen, supported, and a little more connected to the skating community.

“We have been going here for close to 20 years and always have a great experience. My husband uses his work boot voucher while I pet kitties and talk to birds.
Our experience is that if you want something in a different size, they will order it for you. They have a large selection to chose from including several brands and styles. We have mostly only bought Timberland work boots and work socks but I have snagged some fun shoes more than once.
Staff is always helpful and kind and we highly recommend.”

“I had great service today at the outlet. It was a bit disturbing that there was only two employees in the crowded store and no manager. The young lady at the register had a smile on her face and the greatest customer service despite just coming from the dentist. Management is failing the employees.”

“I love to go into different Anthropologies whenever I travel and this location is one of the best! The customer service is excellent and the store is just gorgeous and well organized! I went yesterday with my Pomeranian and the manager was so nice and even gave him a treat! She was so helpful in assisting me with sizes and the other girls at the register were also very sweet. I went back this morning because of a sensor that was accidentally overlooked on a blouse that I purchased and the girl at the register was so helpful and just great! I definitely will be back to this store when I come back to Savannah!”
