“When I toured at Marquis at Sugarloaf a few months ago, Aaron conducted my tour and did an awesome job. He helped me find a unit that had the exact layout that I was looking for and patiently answered all my questions. When I moved in, I had to wait for them to order the washer and dryer but the maintenance staff installed it as soon as it was delivered. A few days after it was installed, I walked by one of the maintenance staff members when I was taking a walk, and he stopped and asked how the machines were working so far. I've never had a member of the maintenance team do that before, so I was so impressed that he remembered me and asked that! The location is great and very quiet, especially considering that it's near the highway and arena.”

The flats and shared facilities are very well kept.
I can see the small park from my flat and I love it, and it's also really close to the city centre.”

“Beautiful apartment complex, great location, wonderful maintenance. I’ve read some of the bad reviews and wonder if they’re living at the same place. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and it’s been nothing less than a really positive experience.The complex is well maintained, the office staff is very friendly and responsive (Angela and Indie), and Robert with maintenance is always around and helpful. The landscaping is maintained well and the pool is sparkling clean year round. The few very minor issues I’ve run into since moving in have been resolved very quickly.It’s peaceful and quiet, my apartment is well insulated from noise, and I’m right across from the pool. The Fresh Market is just outside the gate and there are a few restaurants, hair and nail salons, and shops within walking distance.The things mentioned in some of the negative reviews…yes, the entrance gate sometimes has issues, but so does the gate at just about every complex. Yes, I’ve seen the occasional roach or palmetto bug in my bathroom but this is Georgia! I’ve never lived anywhere and not seen them occasionally, they come in through the pipes. Yes we had issues with the trash valet not picking up trash but that lasted less than a few weeks before management took care of the issue and haven’t had issues since.My 2 br apartment (the Sydney) is perfectly laid out for working from home with a semi-separate area of the living room to use as my office (included a photo because it wasn’t easy to tell from the floorplan what that space was like). I’m on the first floor and was able to add curtains to my patio to add a bit of privacy to my own outdoor space. Having an outdoor storage closet is a game-changer, didn’t realize how important it was until I moved from a house to an apartment!Friends who come to my apartment always comment on how nice the complex and my apartment are.There are people who complain about everything and can never be made happy, so take some of the negative comments with that in mind. I’ve never once questioned living here!”

“I had amazing experience with the property manager Sophia! She was super helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable through out my entire application process! She made it super easy for me and was always available and happy to assist me whenever I had any questions or concerns!”

“Very spacious and nice , I have a one bedroom with a nice balcony on the second floor . My bedroom is very suspicious and big while also having a nice size closet and pantry. Management was nice and polite throughout the whole process. Any problem or issues that I have are solved and done properly I rarely ever have any repetitive problems.”

“I rented here for over 3 years and it was a very comfortable experience. The maintenance guys are so nice, my key fob malfunctioned on a Saturday and Roberto came out within the hour to let me in. I also had a huge wasp nest form on my patio and Edgar came out and took care of that, making sure none got in my house. Only downside is that the pool isn’t open very much, which is a bummer because it’s nice. I also wish we could access the gym 24/7, it’s only open while the office is open. Overall, I really like Mulberry Place. It’s a great complex for families, close to schools and parks.”
