“Experience: I was denied by Georgia's Own Credit Union to open an account because I just moved to Georgia & I still have an out of state license/ID. 30 mins later I went to Delta Community Credit Union and opened an account Checking, Savings & a Secured Credit Card only took 2 hours with the same License/ID that Georgia's Own Credit Union denied me of. Thanks to Georgia's Own Credit Union denying me it helped me choose a better bank which is Delta Community Credit Union.Kesha Harmon set up my account she was Great. Gave me all the details I needed to know and was very professional ?. Please Delta Community Credit Union give Kesha Harmon a Huge RAISE she was absolutely so nice, respectful and very professional ?. Also the front desk staff was very polite.”

“I came into Delta Credit Union in Snellville to open an account and Brandon was so delightful. He was informative and patient. Getting good customer service is so hard these days in banks. He let me know that this is his first bank job. I hope this gets to him. And he continues to do his best in this field. He can go far if he keeps putting his best foot forward.On a not so nice note. It was a young lady at the counter that didn’t seem interested in the day. I believe her name was Jasmine. She walked by to get Brandon with house shoes on. Not very professional. She should smile more and greet better. But also wear better shoes.”
“I’m happy to say I have nothing but positive experiences with our neighborhood credit union anytime I’ve had to come in the service has been great my wait time has never been long , when I first realized it was a credit union right in my local area I was excited so I went into Peach State to see what they were all about, at that time they explained the services and I’ve been their friend every since . “Update on my last post about the experience I had when applying for a credit card with Georgia United the previous post was under S. Ridley. I received a phone call from the manager Brandon over loan services and he was actually on vacation with all of this happened and he apologized and it was definitely not handled in the correct manner. He took care of me and turned my secure card into a regular visa and refunded the money that had been on hold for several years for that card we also talked about a possible future personal loan. He told me that it was definitely not handled in the proper manner and he would be speaking to his team lead and his team to get them on the same Page and the same Accord as how to provide excellent customer service regardless of the situation. He made me feel like a valued Georgia United customer and promised that his goal was to make me feel that way and to see what he could do to fix the situation and turn it from a negative into a positive he definitely went above and beyond to do that. I appreciate him, Georgia United is lucky to have him and I will continue to do business with them as long as he is there. This had turned into a stressful situation and I'm very happy that he was able to turn that around. Thank you so much to Brandon and I definitely appreciate the excellent customer service that I did get from him to resolve this situation.”

“A month ago, I refinanced a recently purchased vehicle with GUCU. The banking transitioning is going very smooth and easy, thanks to Jessica D. She definitely represents the meaning of quality services and caring. Unfortunately, the transaction with the dealership (Hayes Ram in Gainesville), has been rough, but Jessica has gone above and beyond supportive throughout this process. This is my first experience with GUCU and I’m a new member. To be honest, this is probably my 3rd review I’ve ever posted in my life.
