She definitely represents the meaning of quality services and caring. Unfortunately, the transaction with the dealership (Hayes Ram in Gainesville), has been rough, but Jessica has gone above and beyond supportive throughout this process. In fact the $5.95/mo. fee for bill pay services can be waived it the member signs up for paperless statements, which is a reasonable exchange considering the cost for generating that paperwork these days when all other communication is by email anyway. Sorry for the misunderstanding :-(”
